Consult · Build · Run

We Are Your Core.

E4 Core Solutions provides consulting and project leadership for oil and gas, data centers, and telecommunications — one team, one point of accountability, from concept to completion. The same Business Operating System and Six Sigma discipline apply to any company ready to run on one, in any industry. We proved the model with three of our own companies, migrating all three onto a single Business Operating System at the same time.

Three companies. One system.

We did not test BOS and Six Sigma on a single business. We implemented them across three companies simultaneously, in three distinct industries, and migrated each onto the same system. E4 Core continues to provide BOS and operational services to all three.

Where we stand apart

Many can implement BOS. Few can fix what it uncovers.

Putting the BOS structure in place is one of our strengths. Our results come from what we do next: applying the right Six Sigma framework to each process, issue, opportunity, and project. Every process in every company we own was built using Six Sigma.

We audit your operations, reach the root cause through DMAIC or DMEDI, and build the process, systems, automation, and controls to capture the benefit. BOS keeps us focused on the right number of initiatives at a time.

Proof: At Crawford County Oil, this method cut well failures from 2.2 to under 0.17 per well per year, a reduction of more than 92 percent and well under half the industry benchmark. See the example →

What changes when the system is in place.

Most operations run without a defined operating system or a method for fixing problems for good. Here is the difference, side by side.

Without a system

Time Impact of the issue quick fix it comes back

With BOS and Six Sigma

Time Impact of the issue find the root cause fixed once, held within control limits

AreaWithout a systemWith BOS and Six Sigma
PrioritiesEverything is urgent, and the loudest issue gets the attention. The operating system sets how many things are carried at once. The list is ranked, and the right few get worked.
ProblemsFixed at the symptom, so the same ones keep coming back.Six Sigma finds the root cause, and a control keeps it fixed.
MeetingsStatus updates and venting. Decisions drift to next week. The same agenda every week: KPIs, priorities, and issues solved in the room.
VisibilityLeadership finds out late, often from a customer.KPIs at every level show drift early, and the measures themselves get reviewed.
OwnershipShared by everyone, so nobody really owns it.One owner per seat. Every priority has a name and a date.
Know-howLives in people's heads and walks out the door with them.Documented, built into your systems, and kept where people already look.
TechnologySystems, automation, and AI get bolted on and never quite fit. Each goes in as part of a process Six Sigma has defined.

Where it leads

Without a system

The same problems every year, a busier team, and an owner who can't step away.

With BOS and Six Sigma

Problems stay solved, people get stronger, and the business runs without depending on any one person.

How we work

Consult. Build. Run.

Consult

We fix the process, not the symptom.

We audit your operations, apply DMAIC or DMEDI to reach the root cause, and build, document, systemize, automate, and control the process, all within the BOS structure. Then we get the organization to own it.

  • Operational and process audits
  • DMAIC and DMEDI root-cause projects
  • BOS at department, division, or company level
  • Facilitation and mediation to buy-in at every level

Our Six Sigma approach →

Build

We lead the project from start to finish.

One call provides one accountable team. E4 Core manages the project, systems, and administration; the work is performed by our own specialists or licensed contractors and vendors from our network.

  • Wells and production facilities
  • Gas treatment and power generation
  • Crypto and AI-ready data centers
  • Telecom networks and facilities
  • Business Operating System and Six Sigma rollouts

Our project approach →

Run

We operate it on your behalf.

When the constraint is capacity rather than process, we take on the work directly, using the same systems and procedures that run our own companies. Engage us for one function or several.

  • Accounting and finance
  • Regulatory and compliance
  • IT and cybersecurity
  • Billing and customer care
  • Any other back office, technical, construction, or planning function the business needs run

Project leadership

One Team. One Point of Accountability. Concept to Completion.

Complex projects typically require coordinating numerous engineers, contractors, and vendors, each accountable only for their own scope. We take on that accountability ourselves — managing the project in-house, staffing it with our own specialists or licensed partners from our network, and representing your interests from planning through startup.

01
Phase 1

Scope

Define objectives, budget, and schedule with your team — a physical build, a process, a system, or an automation — and produce the project plan the work is then run against.

02
Phase 2

Staff

Assign our specialists in project management, process, and systems, and bring in licensed engineering firms, contractors, and vendors for the physical work, each contracted directly by you for their own scope.

03
Phase 3

Manage

Schedule, cost, and quality tracked against the plan on a weekly scorecard, where every workstream — construction, process, or system — is either on-track or off-track.

04
Phase 4

Deliver

Construction managed and commissioning coordinated for a physical build; processes, systems, and automations built, documented, and handed over where the project is not. Either way, a fully operational result.

05
Phase 5

Run

Optional ongoing operations and support from E4 Core — a managed back office function, a maintained system, or a run facility.
